So, we 've been loyal Primo 's patrons for almost 14 years now, and I cannot hold back any longer. I 've been revisiting older dishes I stopped getting a couple years ago to give them a second or a third chance, and I regret it. The Pizza Box Nachos are the last choice. They 're served in a SMALL pizza box, and to my surprise, only cover 1/4 of the box. The taste? Horrible. The chips are SO hard and *everything* was congealed and fused together within 8 minutes of walking out their door to our home that they risked dental health if we are them. Nobody working here can ESTIMATE time to save their lives. The last 2 pickup orders have not been ready when I was told they would be. Tonight, I was told 30 minutes. I arrive 30 minutes later to be told 6 or 7 more minutes. 25 minutes later, I 'm leaving with my food that took almost an hour, but the young girl told me 30 minutes. The young boy behind the counter says 6 or 7 more, and it turns out to be almost another 30 minutes. This place has good food, but the employees can not estimate time for anything. I now know to only order from this place when I have nothing better to do than wait around. And then tonight 's delivery order... what a joke. I will not order from here again. Manager...
1st time trying Primo 's! Chicken alfredo pizza, AMAZING! This is going to be our new go to pizza place! Menu selection is mind blowing! Almost like a drug, now we 're hooked! Ordering online couldn 't be easier. If you 've never had it, we highly recommend this Allen Park gem!
Man……their chicken is THE BEST!!!I ordered the four piece chicken dinner with the intention of just eating two and having leftovers. Yeah that didn’t happen. I destroyed the other two pieces. Super happy with my over indulgent decision.

Driver didn't have enough change to give me a 10 back so he got a $20 tip to go 1 mile to my house lol yikes. Never again. Feel robbed. Never heard of that in my life.
Prices have gone up,food has declined. Ice cold beans served straight from the refrigerator. Cole Slaw taste like a dirty dish rag!
The ribs and salad were delicious!! Meat comes right off the bones.
