I ordered a custom cake for a special occasion for my son. Carmen was a perfectionist and did an amazing job on the cake. Not only was it perfection to look at, it was delicious. Everyone loved it. It was my favorite cake, a funfetti with vanilla buttercream, heavenly. My only negative thought is that I didn’t get a bigger cake. Thank you so much for making this occasion even better.FYI they give a police discount. I will order all my cakes from there just for that reason. Supporting our Police. Thank you Princess Bakery.
Unfortunately, this place is getting worse and worse. Terrible customer service! I ordered a custom cake for a birthday. The cake was put into a cardboard box instead of a cake box. As soon as I opened the cake, it fell apart. Roxy, one of the bakers, was super unhelpful and offered no help at all! The birthday cake was completely ruined. DO NOT place an order for a custom cake or cupcakes at this place.
I went to get a pastry on a Saturday morning and was extremely disappointed. I had been looking forward to trying the lobster tail, but the outer shell, which should have been crispy and crunchy, was as hard as a rock. When I took a bite, I was shocked to find that it was far from fresh. It was so stale that if you threw it against a wall, it would have sounded like a solid baseball. Such a letdown!
What a what a disappointment a 2 pound tray of butter cookies ....you would've been better off buying cookies from shoprite cookies ! PRINCESS BAKERY ON HICKSVILLE ROAD IS A RIP OFF AND absolutely terrible they used sugar cookies not even butter cookies. there's no Rainbow cookies ? Absolutely terrible you lost my business , too bad you didn't do the right thing for Christmas !

Seriously. No other bakery in town comes close to the deliciousness of every product at Princess. Cakes, pastries whatever your sweet tooth desires they're all delicious. The hardest part is choosing because everything looks so delicious. You may have to wait on line during holidays so arrive early. It's worth the wait. There's a reason for that line. Best in town Bakery!
I purchased a large cupcake in the morning to surprise my friend for her birthday. We cut it in half and tried it just a few hours later, and unfortunately, it was dry. It was quite disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be buying anything from there again.
The baked goods here are fantastic! Their cakes can be customized to your liking, and the staff is always helpful with recommendations. This bakery is top-notch, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I just bought a $35 cake for my child's birthday. The cake was like 98 percent frosting and like 2% cake it was horrible
Place is going down hill after the new owners bought it. Cakes don't taste fresh and my favorite jelly doughnut suck.
