I seldom bother to review anywhere unless they are very good or very bad. This place had some of each.I chose it because it had good reviews and on looking at the menu outside it had a Vegetarian Lasagna which I fancied, so we booked.When we arrived it seemed that the so called Vegetarian Lasagna contained shrimp. Why not call it Seafood Lasagna? Anyway we ordered two other vegetarian options, they were quite good, but not what I had booked for.Then when I came to pay, they are possibly the only restaurant in the town who don't take cards which could have been a problem.So on balance we had a good meal, it was tasty it was generous portions, but I was dissapointed that the menu was misleadin...

Went on a slow evening in January and the place was pretty empty. Had a flatbread appetizer starter which was very nice. For mains a couple of us had the Osco Buco which was super tender and served with pasta and a generous side salad. The vegetable lasagna and the ragu were also very good. No room for dessert, but they looked yummy as well. Service was very good. A nice change from the Bavarian meat fest we've been on.

We stumbled into this place for dinner and got lucky there was a table just coming available. It's small and it was full. The waitress was super friendly and spoke great English. The menu is prepared daily and all the pasta was fresh-made in house. Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing and we could not have asked for more. Would highly recommend going here, but be sure to call ahead and make a reservation!

We really enjoyed our dinner here and will go again. The best Italian food outside of Italy. It's located very close to the town center and it's very reasonably priced. A reservation is a must because it fills up fast. Pasta is homemade daily and the wine is amazing. Réservez une table maintenant

Looking for something different and lighter than the average local fare, we stopped here and each had a plate of excellent home-made pasta with sauce, sitting outside. Not the cheapest plate of pasta I've ever had, but plentiful and very good.

Showed up here because the pizzeria across from our hotel closed early. Their loss our gain! The food at Profumo was freshly prepared with personal touches. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Put this jewel on your list!

Very good authentic Italian. dishes are very tasty and noodles made themselves. You taste too! Exceptional dishes and modern kitchen with changing fresh sauces. Service is fast and friendly. I can only recommend.

Nowhere in Rothenburg you can eat so good pasta! Fresh, homemade noodles and in coronary times also with environmentally friendly takeaway packaging. In addition, the owners are super friendly! Réservez une table maintenant
