When we call ourselves “napoletano” we must have the same standards for Neapolitan pizzas, which is not the case What size is this pizza? If you offer it at €6/7, that’s okay for me but at €12.50 it’s not possible. It’s a disgrace to Neapolitan gastronomy. Often traveling to Naples, I know the pizzas of 50kalo, Da Michele, Da Attilio, etc. very well. The papafamilia is over... between Papa Rafaele, Papa Posto, the brick house and you...
