Prohibition At East Beach

On our little day jaunts to PJ, we normally eat at the Steamroom because it 's dog friendly (and we sometimes have him with us), and even when we are pupless, we 're just so used to eating there. On our last day trip, we ate there, as ever no dog, no complaints. However, I left my jacket at the ferry terminal and had to come back over the following day to retrieve it...so I made a solo trip, and as long as I had to go back, decided to make a half day of it. Nothing but positive things to say! Excellent food and beverages. We were all very pleased with everything we ordered which included the chicken and waffles, steak and cheese sandwich, the fat chicken sandwich and the captain burger. The adult beverages were great as well! Would definitely return on our next visit.

Outstanding.. The food is creative and delicious. Well-prepared. And the drinks even more so. We went for a mid-week happy hour. Not crowded. Very good background music and a really fine staff. Friendly, efficient and they know their stuff. Will definitely go back.

Nice to once again be able to get good eats at Port Jeff’s East Beach. Lisa served up some tacos ? and a salad ? that were quite tasty. And of course you’re at the beach!
