Pronto-Restaurant - Réserver une table

I had a very bad experience at Pronto. Staff is unpolite( very unusual for any Restaurant, especialy for Graz). 1st day I got a false meal, which was then taken away with a comment “We are ging to eat it”. Then i got a coffee with some make up on the cup, which was then looked by the waiter and wiped with the fingers im front of me before i got the new one. 2nd day the waitress started talking how she doesn’t like to be called, just because i raised the hand to get the menu she was holding. The owner didn’t mind to even hear about it. If you want a normal service, skip this one.

I had dinner here on my first evening in Graz. The service was fast and welcoming. I was able to get a low carb dinner in an Italian restaurant - this is not always possible, so I was grateful for the meat platter on the menu and for the choice of salads as a side dish.

The food was good, pasta with shrimps has very few shrimps but okay. Please add allergen info to the menu. We got garlic in the meal but it did not specify there would be garlic.

We wanted to sit outside in the plaza and were more than happy with Pronto. The pizzas were good and the carbonara was delicious!
