Proof Kitchen and Lounge

we were immediately greeted by a very friendly host and immediately sat. our server welcomed us shortly after we set ourselves to take over our drink order. this is downhill. we then waited about 15 minutes to get our drinks, then waited 30 minutes until she returned to take our order. this is all while we watch her talk with patrons at the bar. eating came very quickly out of the kitchen and brought us from another server to our table. eating was perfect as usual. our server is quickly over to check the quality around halfway through eating. at this point we were no longer offered. now we are ready to eat, teller and glasses sit empty for another 15-20 minutes, again while our server chat....

Revamped Fish Chips was excellent with light battering and Perch fillet, far better than the previous heavy batter with Halibut! Laura was a fantastic server, and requested seating preference was accommodated by Hostess with ease! Really enjoy the restaurant, staff, and the patio!

We had a great time at the restaurant. Everything was perfect, including the service. The restaurant was bustling with people (there was even a lively event in another room), but it wasn't too noisy that we couldn't have a conversation. We can't wait to come back!

Two of our party of 8 ordered the Ravioli. It was a 1/3 of the portion of all other meals at our table. It is served on a thin plate with 8 ravioli on it. It was cold. It is an appetizer at best. Extremely disappointing. Service was slow. Réservez une table maintenant

Our meal was excellent, as always. The servers were very clever and attentive. The food took a bit longer than expected to arrive at our table, maybe a hiccup in the kitchen. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

The food at this restaurant was outstanding! We ordered the mushroom ravioli and one of our top choices, the fish and chips. The service was quick and friendly, and all of our drinks and food were delicious!

Server was great- food was good- It took extremely long to get our drinks and food. What should have been a 1.5 hour dinner took 2.5 hrs not sure if we would go back after this

The food was good. The service was very slow. They said they would comp an entrée and deserts then charged us for the deserts.
