I’ve been living in Nashville for almost a year now and have been so depressed as I’ve been missing my NYC deli. This is the best bagel in Nashville. Hands down. The pastrami lox transported be back. My only bit of feedback is that I wish they had options to buy just bagels on Uber eats and the ability to build your own bagel sandwiches. Expensive but very good. Bagels taste phenomenal and the avo-egg combo can’t be beat. The black and white cookie was also great as well as their coffee. The various flavored cream cheeses are tasty too, though I would add a little less of them to the bagels. Lovely place but I dislike the practice of serving everything in throw-away plastic containers.
Legit bagel destination with incredible cream cheese and lox selection. Food quality and service top notch. If you have to wait or conform to whatever their rule of the day is, mask, etc just deal with it, the food is worth your patience. The tile floor, dishware, everything inside has a great aesthetic, it feels special.
NY style service food. bagels are amazing, sandwiches are my fav. Heather one of the owners is so nice as is her staff. Dope vibe, great food, friendly service. Really nothing else I could ask for… well if there was one in Nooga that would be amazing:

My first visit… It’s like a Baskin Robbins but with cream cheese and bagels. Nothing really like the Jewish delis I grew up with in South Florida, but I enjoyed my everything bagel and pastrami lox.
Long lines on the weekend but incredible food. They got it out fairly quickly all things considered. You MUST try the homemade poptarts!
So good!! I got the lox cram cheese with capers and it was delicious. Just a little too salty but still good.
First stop after we landed. We still had our bags with us. This is THE bagel shop. Accept no substitutes.
