It is so frustrating when you order from a place as much as I order from protein foundry. I almost always order an avacado toast. I don't know why the employees don't know what toast means. When the bread isn't toasted then by the time it arrives it is a soggy mess. I have just continued to let it go and not complain because sometimes, if you can reach someone on the phone after you order they might actually say yes they will toast it and follow through. However rarely. But today I received my avacado bread. Today not even an attempt to toast the bread. Just soggy regular bread. I know, my fault. I keep going back. I just need to change that. We ordered online for pickup and when we arrived the employees couldn’t find our order. They finally found our order thankfully, but then it took them over 30 mins to make 1 smoothie and 1 acai bowl. All the while a teenager sat on the counter laughing and chatting not helping the rest of the crew make orders. We’ve come here for years and the service continues to get worse. Your products are great, but honestly if you’re going to charge $10 for a smoothie you need to treat customers respectfully. If a team member would have apologized for losing our order and offered us a discount or a future free smoothie that would have been more than enough to make things right!

I love this place but I have to lower the rating as they no longer accept cash. It's not posted clearly on the building nor listed on their website.If payroll companies still send out checks that require cashing, I should be able to buy lunch with those same antiquated methods. I know this isn't PFs choice and the world is moving this way in general, but what's a girl to do when her lunch break is limited to 30 mins her local healthy option refuses cash payment but doesn't indicate this barrier of access online anywhere?

This place has great food and shakes but needs better management and oversight. It’s wonderful to see so many young people employed but expecting them to manage so many different forms of ordering without any obvious management hierarchy is just hard to watch. Super disorganized and clearly in the midst of growing pains. Looking forward to seeing some better management tactics and organizationthat make the employees lives easier and less crazy! I love coming to the protein foundry! The service is quick and the food is amazing! I love the Wasatch back toast, the snickerdoodle shake, and my favorite bowl is the Rio. I have them blend peanut butter into my Açaí bowl and it is incredible. Try it next time you go!

Typically a great place, but during my last two visits, the raspberries in my velvet samba were moldy. They don’t answer their phone, so if you end up with a bad order and don’t check it before leaving, there’s no one to assist you.

We are very satisfied every time we get bowls from here. They are good portions, great combinations and substitutes, and consistently exactly what you ordered. Its pricier than making your own, but worth it every time.

High schooler/influencer spot everyone stuck on their phones, no one working. Tipping culture way out of hand, product is good but terrible service and really bad vibe. Réservez une table maintenant

We love Protein Foudry. It is by far the best place to get an acai bowl. Made fresh and they are always delicious!
