What a hidden gem! It's rare to find food that's both affordably priced and generously portioned these days. I feel fortunate to have experienced authentic Burmese cuisine here. The service was quick, and the food was delicious. You can adjust the spice levels to suit your taste with the condiments available at the table. We chose dishes from the Burmese menu. Authentic Burmese cuisine! If you find yourself near Clarkston and are in the mood for a bite to eat, this is the place to go! The food is fantastic for lunch and reasonably priced, mostly around the $10 mark. It appears to be family-owned, which adds to the charm. The service is excellent, the music is pleasant, and the atmosphere is inviting. The menu has a good variety of options—enough to choose from without overwhelming you. I definitely plan to return for another meal!
I visited this restaurant for lunch on Saturday with a group of four. We opted for the small lunch buffet priced at $10.99, and also ordered the whole fried fish a la carte. Every dish in the buffet was delightful, especially the fried fish slices. The sour soup was fantastic and brought back memories of Vietnamese home cooking, even though it was Burmese cuisine. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Just stopped in for the lunch buffet. The selection was very limited. About 5 main dishes along with some type of soup. This is when I say the old saying Less is more fits to a T. Every entree was delicious and the soup was a nice surprise. Soup filled with seaweed, pieces of ginger and tomatoes. It reads eclectic but it works. I 'll be back. Réservez une table maintenant
Food and price here are unbeatable. Everything seems to be fresh cooked. I bumped them from 4 to 5 star because of customer service. I left my credit card there and the owner stayed until closing to return it to me. Rated 4 star because the inside can get hot during the summer heat since no AC during our visit.Food: 5/5
The food was disappointing. I ordered three different types of noodles, and they all tasted similar, accompanied by a bitter aftertaste from being overcooked. There was no one at the front to take my order, so I had to call someone over. I won't be coming back. Food rating: 1/5.
The food here is delicious. Whenever I am in the area I try to stop by eat my favorite dishes. The spicy shrimp is my favorite the bakuteh is yummy as well. It's hard to find this soup. Definitely should give it a try!
