Ruined my daughters 21st birthday, I went to several bakeries but my daughter was dead set on their rainbow cake, we went in this past Wednesday 02/08/2023 showed them pictures of the cake we wanted, heart shaped, teal and pink, piping along the side, strawberry filling, they said they could do it BUT if we got the strawberry filling it would compromise the the structure of the cake, so we agreed to no fruit filling just to make sure the cake would be a perfect heart shape, they said they could do it no problem GREAT! Right.... As requested we emailed images of the pictures of the cake with colors and piping inspiration..... I show up today 02/11/2023 to pick up the cake and was handed a cak...
My family has been ordering cakes from this bakery for several decades. My parents used to get our cakes here, and now I order cakes for my children from Pticek. The only downside is that I have two family birthdays to celebrate in August, which is exactly when the bakery decides to take a break. It's such a bummer! Their cakes are truly delicious, and they are the only bakery I know that will actually create a design for you if you provide an image of a character. They can whip up fun designs on your cake without using that awful fondant icing. This is definitely my go-to place for a beautiful and creative cake that’s also tasty. Disappointed! Walked in to place an order for 2 cakes for my daughters birthday and was told to have a seat a lady will be with me when she was done with a customer 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting. she has taken care of all the customers that came in after me and has not said one word to me even after there was no customers in the store she began to move boxes around. She really acted like i wasnt there such a shame!!! This was my first time and will be my last time. I hope to speak to a Manger soon.
You're the best bakery in the neighborhood! The staff is incredible; the lady who assisted us even remembered my daughter from when we came to pick up her cake, which made us so happy! You're truly amazing! The cakes and cheesecakes are fantastic! Make sure to arrive early to grab the treats, as they sell out quickly. Réservez une table maintenant
Cane in bakery asked lady about apple filling in coffee cake told me his cheese and apple inside and a lot of why I came home and they hardly lied to me an apple only cheese that I wish the people would just tell me the truth instead of just trying to get a sale beware customers of bakery staff living to you
