Publix Super Market At Oakleaf Plantation Center

I love this publix because it's always so clean. But deli management is so poor. Whether I want to order in person or online there's never chicken ready. I do not understand why they have to wait till chicken runs out to put more to cook. If you are ordering online you will have to wait another 30 to 40 minutes on top of the time the app gives you. Please train your manager, so he can run the deli and always have food available and not wait, our community had grown so much and items must be kept in order.

I noticed that the store was very spotless. I didn't like the fact of having to wait 20 mins to get something returned less than $7.00. The employee black hair on 5/23/23 was playing with some notebook and the store phone. He hung up several times and then called someone else. I finally had to say something while waiting another 13 mins. The prices are higher than most publix average.

The sub makers are so slow!!! This is the 2nd time I’ve had to wait 30-45 mins on an online order! I came in 10 minutes after the scheduled time to pick it up!
