Publix Super Market At Oakleaf Plantation Center

Maggy the front end supervisor made me, my wife and 3 girls one who is autistic by the way feel like we were in Walmart. Cart full of items and she basically thought my wife would lie about a bogo on some pizza rolls. Her cashier's took pictures to show her the items were out of place and she was too busy on her high horse to even listen. She finally adjusted the price to the wrong amount but at that point we just was over it so we paid then left. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. What happened to the Publix Guarantee days.

Worst customer service ever 4th time and it’s always Anthony in the customer service line that’s rude, I never say anything I’m always patient but tonight I stood in line and he skipped all around me like I was invisible and when I asked why was I skipped he shrugged his shoulders and continued talking to others. The only person with common sense and courtesy is Karon…….forgot to mention the prices are $3 more on everything
