Puglias Italian Steakhouse

Puglia's needs to take responsibility for communicating with Open Table. We reserved a table for our anniversary through Open Table and it was confirmed. When we arrived there were tables and chairs stacked up blocking the rear entrance to Puglia's, which is where you go in from the parking lot. We were informed by some people who were working outside that the restaurant was closed for renovation. Very poor business practice for a restaurant not to inform their reservation booking agent that they are closed.

The Restaurant was shut down because of a fire. OpenTable allowed me to book a reservation. When myself and multiple guests arrived it was closed. OpenTable shouldn't have allowed us to book a table at a place which was closed almost a month prior.

How can we send a review when the restaurant was closed when we go there There was a note on the door, restaurant was closed due to a fire, which was very unfortunate but you shouldn't be making reservations then, poor communication

Service was good food marginal. No flavor on my pasta dish. Keep adding cheese and that didn't help. Another pasta dish was swimming in oil. Like pasta soup. Wedge salad was crazy huge and good but that's an easy one not to mess up.

Everything we were served was very good. The only disappointment was the size of the long bone veal chop and the amount of fat on it. It was not worth $55 in my opinion. Will never order that again.

The restaurant is temporarily closed due to a fire.....Open table didn't know that?.....I was never notified that it was closed..... had to make other dinner arrangements...... very disappointing.

Our waiter Jamie was amazing on top of things but not rushing us out we got there at 3 air conditioner could of been on and you need real horseradish delish see you soon

Went for my cousin's retirement party. Delicious appetizers and dinner, friendly staff and great service, loved it and had a great time.Food: 5/5

Food was delicious, big portions. Service was very good. Only negative, was got very loud as the place filled up. Would highly recommend.

The food and wait staff is very good but the music playing is more for a sports bar than a fine dining Italian Steak House
