Was the first time my daughter and I ordered from here, placed an order online, went to pick it up and walked in, it was not busy at all, not ONE employee acknowledged we were there. Didn’t say “hi,”or “we will be with you in a minute,” or “how can I help you?”. My daughter and I stood there for a few minutes before I had to say I was here to pick up my order that said was ready, which was ONE large smoothie(if I didn’t say anything, who knows how long we would of been standing there). This is my first time writing a review because I have never had such a negative experience with customer service before. I know that everyone has bad days, but the entire staff at this restaurant was exceptionally rude and I felt extremely unwelcome. Although I love the smoothies here, the consistently poor treatment from the staff makes me prefer to spend a little extra money elsewhere.
There are many delicious smoothies to choose from at this restaurant. The option to add supplement boosters for protein, immunity, and more is a great feature. The wheatgrass shots are excellent, and they come with a side of fresh squeezed orange juice. While there aren't many vegetarian options, the food is tasty when you need a quick meal. there are like 3 smoothies that are soy-based that they can get vegan, and they are really impressing to the ingredients. I don't have to pay $6 for a couple of blueberries and soy milk, thank you, as far as packaging and what isn't, also extremely impressing. a 10 year old could throw veggies on a tortilla and call it chic and calculate $6 plus.

There are only 3 soy-based smoothies available for vegans, and they are not very impressive in terms of ingredients. I don't want to spend $6 on a smoothie that just contains blueberries and soy milk. The wraps are also lacking in creativity, as it seems like anyone could throw vegetables on a tortilla and charge $6 for it.
There are very limited vegan food choices available at this restaurant. I ordered a veggie wrap that was just okay, maybe not even as good as a veggie sub from Subway. I also tried a berry soy smoothie that was nothing to write home about. I ended up spending $11 (including tip) on a rather disappointing lunch.
The soy smooties are amazing and they go well withe pb and g (peanut butter, banana, and granola)!! Be prepared to share with someone because the portions are pretty hefty. Super fast service and the food and drinks are prepared right in front of you. Cool, contemporary atmosphere!

The smoothies are consistently good for the price. However, the staff is not very friendly or attentive. They are always very quick though.
First timer. Staff helped me get vegan sorbet in my smoothie. Can't wait to go back
