I came to this location on Feb 23 about 10:30am to place an order for my wife and found the cashier to be very rude , short and condescending about the order I placed. This is the second time in a row she has been this way. I guess because I did not ask for my items in the exact way they are described on the menu board. She felt it necessary to say we don't have that or it only comes in this size, not the size I asked for. There is a proper way of speaking with customers and her way is not it. I have been in the service business myself for over 27 years and it starts with great customer experience on each and every visit. It takes a lot to get a customer in the door. Great customer service, great product , and the way you treat them will keep them coming back. You have a great product. Not so great that I or my wife would continue as guest if we are to be treated the way this cashier handles guest. I've seen a lot of business come and go on RTE 256.
