I received the wrong order when I went to pick it up. My boyfriend should have checked it, but he didn't realize until he got home with the food. He had to return to the restaurant to get the correct order, and the staff said he "took the wrong one." Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they made it seem like it was his fault. I think they should have offered to deliver the correct order since it was their error, but instead, my partner had to make another trip. We won't be ordering from them again due to their poor customer service. They even took the food back from him, so who knows if they gave it to the person who originally ordered it!
I have waited over an hour. Staff lie when you call to ask what the delay is it's on it way I live 3mins away from establishment but still I wait a further 30mins. I call again and am lied to again Driver is on their way still waiting a further 10 mins. I am now on the point of cancelling my order. I would prefer honesty rather than to be fobbed off. Totally unexceptable way to run a business.
The food was ordered and arrived quickly. However, we ordered a portion of chicken korma, and when it arrived, it looked more like a cheese sauce! We were quite upset and voiced our concerns. The next dish that was brought out was completely different and was actually korma sauce. It was very confusing!
The restaurant used to be quite good, but it seems to have changed recently. I suspect there might be a new owner or chef. I ordered the meat box, but it was mostly filled with chips and contained only small, dry pieces of meat. I was really disappointed, especially since I’m a regular customer. We placed our order and it arrived promptly. However, we ordered chicken korma, and when it arrived, it resembled cheese sauce! We called to express our concern, and the next one they sent out was completely different and actually had the proper korma sauce. It was quite confusing!
