Excelente comida y buenos vinos en el restaurante gourmet PUR ubicado en el Hotel Seedamm Plaza. Elegante ambiente, y una maravillosa vista del lago de Zurich, el Lützelau y las islas Ufnau. Amplias posibilidades en este restaurante; comidas de negocios, cenas románticas con exclusivos platos a la carta o deliciosos platos a la parrilla. También cuenta con dos mesas del chef, donde ocho personas pueden sentarse y observar a los chefs cocinando. Los domingos sirven un exquisito buffet libre. También se celebran grandes eventos como bodas.
