Pure Resort Lermoos

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einzigartigem Bergpanorama, sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Hausherrn persönlich, sehr zuvorkommende, bemühte Mitarbeiter, tolles Appartement in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt, die Ausstattung der Wohnung wie auch des Hotels lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen, alles sehr sauber und komfortabel, super Frühstücksservice mit der reichlich ausgestatteten Frühstückskiste, die man selber nach Belieben zusammenstellen kann, schöner SPA-Bereich und nicht zuletzt der traumhafte Blick auf das gegenüberliegende Bergmassiv... Alles in allem der perfekte Ort für entspannte Urlaubstage. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!!!

amazing view and the location was magnificent but the service was very bad which made me not to come back again, the treatment was like you are not welcome here, they ignore customers request. The woman at the reception was really strict she dont want to help and to listen to you, what ever in her mind she will do it, even for the breakfast if you didnt fill the form you will not have it. The housekeeper will not come to clean the apartment until the madam satisfied with you. Bad experience,

Uitstekend verblijf in Lermoos. Zeer ruime en nette kamers met prachtig uitzicht. Personeel heel vriendelijk, service uitstekend, uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Fijne wellnessruimte. Absolute aanrader! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Sehr schönes Restaurant, nette Bedienung, wir waren nur für etwas trinken vorbeigegangen, wir konnten aber den leckeren Kuchen nicht widerstehen...
