The pub had a pleasant atmosphere upon entering, but unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill due to the poor food and service. It was easy to find a table on a Friday night for dinner, but getting the attention of the waitress proved to be a challenge. After finally placing our order, I received the wrong sandwich - a buffalo chicken instead of the BBQ chicken I had ordered. Despite being hungry from a long drive into town, I decided to eat the sandwich. Unfortunately, I quickly noticed a strange smell and unpleasant taste. It may have been an off day to visit, but being prepared for a busy rush is crucial. The restaurant was packed with a limited staff, but our meals arrived in a timely manner. The food was average, typical pub fare. My wife enjoyed her burger cooked to her liking and thought the fries were tasty. It was a cold day outside and the inside of the restaurant was a bit chilly. I am here for lunch, there was no one to walk us to the table. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to take our order, and only after stopping someone to plz do it. My wife ordered a beer, and was brought only a Can without no glass for the beer...just sad service in general.
