Actually, I exclusively evaluate positiw, but perhaps this critique serves as a small incentive for you, especially with the knowledge that you are still in the probing phase of your new team. the menu was simply insane, and I have no highlight in the positive sense in memory of the small things served in the lounge area for the amuse and the really good pralinés. we come to what really badly hit me, the reh in the main course, according to service sous-vide (pre-)gart. When I told you about it, the chef in my business (1 star) said only lapidar and with big eyes “Matschepampe?” no that was sure not that, I haven’t seen a wild dish of this textured quality yet, you really did. but the anxiou...
we felt comfortable all around and had been appreciated. the food was wonderfully innovativ and at the highest level harmonious. it was a joy for the palate. the service was excellent and attentive to a pleasantly light art. our special desire to eat gluten free and meat free were perfectly implemented. we will definitely come back.
it was a wonderful, intimate evening with unforgettable dining, a beautiful ambiente and an absolutely excellent service. my new favourite restaurant in all Germany.
