My wife and I have dined at Putong several times and we enjoy it more each time we visit. For a Perth suburban, the service and attention is great, the decor pleasant, the food can't be faulted and the best part is the prices are reasonable. I would recommend unreservedly. Try the Choo Chee curry dishes - to die for !
We are regulars here and always take our friends there when we want to give them a good Thai meal. The service is excellent, the food tasty and the prices reasonable. What more can you ask for? I would recommend Putong, in Alexander Heights, to anyone who wants a good value meal
My meal had a lovely fresh flavour but feel it is really "dumbed down " for the Australian palate. I can't really handle particularly spicey hot food but the mildness is really disappointing. The food is extremely mild and I have tried it several times. May not try it again.
The dishs are delicious. Price is cheap. We live inly less than 2 km away but never know this trasure Thai restaurant until our work mate took us there. Then after that we come regular. Love fish cake, Thai green curry, Putong fry rice... we trying new dish every visit Réservez une table maintenant
I love the food here. It is so fresh and tasty. The staff are very polite and service good. They also do delivery for those times that you just want to stay warm inside at home. I have had friends over and had food delivered from here and now my friends are hooked.
Obviously a popular restaurant - packed out this weeknight with mainly a very large noisy group which made it very difficult for our family group of 3 to enjoy conversation in this relatively small room. However service and food was good.
This used to be the Supreme Thai and now has new owners hence being called Putong. Tasty food, clean place with a nice ambiance for being in the suburbs. They do takeaways and deliver if you are close by.
Very nice friendly staff and the food was fresh and very tasty. We didn't wait long to be served and when our order was taken, it was not long before our entree's came out. Réservez une table maintenant
I visit here often, you cannot go past the red and green Thai curries they are always awesome. The wait on food and $$$ are very reasonable.
