This is by far my favorite restaraunt in Pueblo/PWest. The food is so authentic and is bursting with flavor and spices. I've never had a bad meal here, everything that I try is delicious. I suggest the sidewalk noodle bowl and of course the spring rolls but anything you get, you are sure to love. It's no wonder they have such positive reviews and high stars! If you enjoy rich flavor and delicious food, I highly suggest Puukaow!
This is one Restaurant that we really enjoy. The food is always delicious, service is great and the staff is friendly and warm. We always love trying new dishes! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try something new! The owners have updated the interior and now it is a nicer atmosphere! The food is incredible!
We stopped by from a long trip drive. We ordered level 4 of Thai spicy, they delivered it. The food was sooooo delicious. One of the best Thai restaurent. Don 't forget to try the dessert 'Ice cream with toasted coconut with sweet sticky rice '. Definitely check it out if you have a chance. You will not be disappointed.

The food is superb the massaman curry is the best try it at a 2.5. Healthy fried rice is epic. The Pad Thai is delicious. They are allergy friendly and the staff is super knowledgeable about what's in each dish.
