The aim was to rent a trailer with at least 1.75 x 1.15 loading area. The lady on the phone was short and didn't listen properly. First, she offered a much too big supporter, then she asked to come by to look at the followers because they just have customers and they don't have 10 minutes for advice. As a result, she offered a follower who is only 1.06m wide and when I repeated the minimum, she simply put on. If it just doesn't fit or you don't own the competence to edit the request, it would have been completely legitimate to ask a call at a later time. Thus, the impression of overriding and lack of customer orientation is not recommended.
