Qdoba Mexican Eats

This review concerns issues I've experienced with Qdoba's rewards program and app, and how they're not functioning properly together. Although I won't detail every problem—since that would take too long—I will summarize my main concerns. The rules of the rewards program and the actual rewards reflected in the app often don't match up. For example, I received an email on December 31, 2022, stating it was a triple points day, so we decided to order specifically for that reason, yet we received no triple points. This Qdoba location consistently delivers quick and friendly service. They really fill the bowls with generous portions of food. I typically go for a mini bowl, and it’s more than enough when paired with their fresh chips and salsa. While I prefer my fajita peppers to be cooked a bit longer, that’s just my personal taste. I dine here frequently, and there’s only been one instance where my order was incorrect. They apologized, corrected it, and even offered me a complimentary cookie and drink for the trouble. Ordering through the app can be a bit frustrating at times, but it’s still relatively straightforward.

Be careful when you first open the packaging, as it can get a bit messy, but they really pile on the food! Everything is delicious and prepared very quickly. The flavors are fresh, and the chips are not stale at all. This has definitely become my new favorite spot!

The restaurant was clean when we arrived, and the food appeared fresh, without any signs of having been left out for too long. The staff was professional and handled our order promptly.

This is the best run Qdoba out of all the Qdobas I've visited across the land. Food has always been fresh. Quick. Polite and on point. Whoever runs this place is doing a great job.
