Employees were standing around with large bags of trash on a table in the dining room. EVERY table was dirty and we were the only customers in the building. When the employee wiped the table off, she only wiped two spaces rather than the entire table. Of course, we want chicken. We can see cooked chicken piled on the back, uncut, but it would be 10 to 15 minutes to cut. Did I say, we were the only customer? When we went over to the drink station...out of tea, sweet tea, and 2 types of soda. There were no napkins in the restaurant ...good thing the bathroom was not out of paper towels.
Ordered for 100 people and when we returned we discovered that only half of the chicken, pork and steak was included. I immediately called the store and was told a manager would call me back. No call was received. I contacted the store a couple of days later, no manager called. I ended up sending an email as well and I still have not been contacted- now 10 days after the event. I have used this location in the past for 100 plus people and have not had an issue. Unfortunately I will have to look elsewhere moving forward.
they feel that online orders should wait when there is a line inside, even if their order on the app says it is complete and ready for picking up! I waited 25 minutes and finally asked for a refund when my order was not ready yet. the young boy in register told me that they are too busy to stand up to make an online order. bad situation I've ever experienced! and it's my local: I'm not going back there!
I cannot believe how dirty this place is. The floor is so disgusting, the outside area has trash blowing around, and the area where the napkins are is terrible. There was a leak I assume under the ice machine because there was a pan of water, which was full and overflowing. We will not be going back and I hope others don't as well until they clean up the place!!! Health department will be notified .
