On Friday evening, I decided to try this restaurant, and I was extremely disappointed. To start, it wasn’t even busy, so I can’t understand how they managed to serve me the wrong quesadilla. I ordered chicken and it seems like someone else ended up with my order. I had to wait in line for a long time, despite there only being four customers, including my son and me, while five employees were behind the register. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt, so I feel like I wasted $10 on something that wasn’t worth it. To top it off, they didn’t even mash the avocado to make guacamole! The service at this place is way too slow. I usually go to the Qdoba on Livingston, which is half the size of this one but gets through each order in a minute or less even with heavy traffic and less staff; here I had to wait in line for 20+ minutes eventhough the queue was only 3-4 people, the guy waiting behind me even left because it was taking so long. Not sure what the staffwas even doing, because there were plenty of employees up front but they weren't doing anything, just chatting with each otheror working very slowly, and the line just wasn't moving. It doesn't take 5-8 minutes to scoop out ingredients and add them to abowl tortilla. Probably won't be returning to this particular loc...
We encountered numerous issues during our visit today. First and foremost, I ordered the veggie bowl, but it came with pieces of meat included. We do not eat meat, and this is completely unacceptable! The staff should have been more attentive to our order. Additionally, despite ordering the full bowl, each one contained only half of the expected quantity. All four entrées had reduced portions, and there was barely a scoop of guacamole—just a light sprinkling on top. This has now happened to us twice! We have come to expect better from QDOBA, so this was quite a disappointing experience.
I really wish my phone hadn't died during my visit to this restaurant because I would have loved to take pictures! Unfortunately, the food was left uncovered and looked quite dry. The restaurant itself was messy and not clean. When I went to place my order, I noticed two employees taking spoons straight from the sink to serve my family and me without washing them first. At that point, I decided we wouldn't be dining here tonight. This location used to be great, but it has clearly declined over the past few months. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place!

I have been coming here a yr had great things to say about this place now I changed my opinion of them I think the food is horrible now second time i get the same thing I don't know if it's the staff that just don't care or they don't know how to cook .. I have never received a plate with the more cilantro than rice when I asked if they had fresh rice they said no then I said to them I don't wan the rice that looks like leftover rice and all that cilantro... and the sticks of the cilantro and wakamole wow I will not be returning anytime after this

Initially, my food was quickly placed in a chip bag, but a staff member later took the time to repackage it in a proper bowl bag. Successful businesses thrive on mutual respect. While some Asian customers may come across as reserved and may not speak perfect English, we still deserve to be treated with respect. I saw that the Qdoba app includes a phone number for reporting concerns, and I intend to follow up on this issue. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location.
