This was my first time visiting Qdoba and will certainly be my last. I ordered a small bites Mac and queso bowl which is listed at 3.75 on the menu, and when I asked the staff what was in it, they said brisket and toppings. Portions were extremely skimpy, not even a full scoop of Mac and cheese. When I go pay, the bowl rang up at over $6 so I ask why it's not 3.75. they said that I got the brisket bowl, which is not what I ordered. I told them I ordered the small bites bowl and they were like ok, we can make that for you and they toss the first bowl they made. I end up when a tiny bowl that's barely half filled and is barely 10 bites. It was flavorless, and the person making my bowl also had his mask down and coughed into my food. Worst dining experience I've ever had.
I never gave a negative review before. Unfortunately, I just met the lady stuff who was very rude to me. I asked her second times for the dressing options because I was not familliar with her accent and the type of dressings. She looked down on me and pulled each bottle up and raised her voice saying here is... and here is....!! I just could not understand what I did wrong.
While on our way to a different place for dinner, we saw QDOBA. We decided to give it a try and were very pleased with the customer service and food quality. The food was fresh and well prepared. The quantity of food for the price was reasonable. I will now consider myself a loyal customer to this QDOBA because the Chipotle across the street is trash.
