I ordered a chicken quesadilla, but they ran out of chicken, so I had to pay extra for steak instead. The staff forgot to put the paper on the grill when cooking the quesadilla, causing it to stick and fall apart, which meant it had to be remade. I understand that mistakes happen, but no one informed me that it was being remade; I just watched them do it. When they prepared the new one, they didn’t check with me about the ingredients and ended up leaving out some things I had originally ordered. After waiting for my food, it wasn’t grilled enough and fell apart as soon as I tried to hold it. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
I really enjoy the food at Qdoba, but I've had a negative experience with a staff member named Calvin who works at the location on 3014 Rochester. He is consistently rude and disrespectful. If he isn't happy in his job, he should consider finding a new one. I've found him to overcharge and display a very unpleasant attitude. If the food weren't so good, I wouldn't return, but I now prefer to ask for someone else to help me. Qdoba needs to address this issue, as Calvin's behavior is reflecting poorly on the company.
The bowls are consistently underfilled when you order. I couldn’t find or taste the Diablo queso at all. There were only three strands of lettuce and five tiny crispy strips, with very little chicken. They don’t accommodate requests for extra rice or sauce on the side, so they really need to improve the quality of their bowls. When I go to the store, I can simply ask for extra rice or beans! Additionally, when I’m spending $6.25 on queso and chips, I expect the queso container to be more than just half full!
I was charged extra for having my salsa served on the side. I prefer to pour my own salsa over my bowl, so I found it quite frustrating to have to pay more for that option. When I raised the issue, I was informed that if I wanted more than a small amount, there would be an extra charge. I'm perplexed about the difference between having it on the side and having it directly on the bowl. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

I tried their Family menu recently, and the food was very satisfying. The chicken was crispy, and the queso with chips was absolutely delicious! I would give the food a 5-star rating. However, I had an issue at the front desk when they refused to honor my free chips under my rewards account. Regular customers should be aware that not all items in the rewards program can be redeemed in-store.
I recently enjoyed the delicious loaded tortilla bowl at this restaurant. Every element was bursting with flavor, particularly the sweet and spicy chicken. I really hope this dish becomes a permanent part of your menu. I don’t visit Qdoba frequently since there isn’t a location close to my home, but I had a great experience here and encourage you to keep up the excellent work!
The overall quality of the meal was disappointing. I found the nacho dip to be excessively oily, which made it unenjoyable. The brownie and cookies were overpriced and lacked flavor, to the point where I ended up throwing them away. I won't be ordering from Qdoba again.
Dining at Qdoba is an absolute delight. The staff is friendly and courteous, genuinely taking their time to care for their customers. The food is prepared with love, and every time I visit, I overhear customers remarking on how perfect everything is.

Had a catering order fall through with another restaurant. The staff here pulled off a miracle saved a birthday party! Thank you, kind humans! Great tasting food as well!
The portion was small for what I paid for it. It tasted good, though.
