I ordered delivery from this restaurant while working a night shift. Normally, I avoid eating beans before being in close quarters with others for an extended period of time, but I wanted something with more vegetables than just fries with ketchup. Qdoba is less basic than Chipotle, and less prone to e. coli outbreaks. They have impossible burger meat as an option and a variety of great sauces including guacamole, queso, pico de gallo, and fiery habanero salsa. It's fine. If I want Mexican food, do I go to Qdoba? Absolutely not. If I want fast food, I could do a lot worse than Qdoba. Their portions are decent, prices are fair, service is quick, and they get your order correct. But the taste and freshness leave something to be desired. They like to boast that they don't charge for guacamole (like Chipotle), but Chipotle's guacamole is so much better and you get more than a ping pong ball sized scoop. It's a food chain restaurant so you expect the food to be aligned with other locations, but food here in Northborough location is no where close to good. You don't have to go to far to test my theory try Marlborough location and you will know what I am talking about. Service is poor, staff is awful and loud, some of them think it's ok to pass a smart a remarks on customers. They forget that lately many of us not only understand Spanish but also can speak fluently. I wouldn't recommend this location to my friends.
The staff at Northboro is exceptional, earning a AAA+ rating compared to other locations I have visited. During one visit, I mentioned the cleanliness of the restaurant and one employee took the time to show me how well-organized the back of the house (also known as the stock room) was.

Not a big Mexican Chain food fan but I was very pleased with the quality of the food. The quality is a lot too maybe too much for lunch.. Long wait at lunch but they do a good job at keeping it moving. Overall a good spot for Mexican
I went there tonight on my birthday this is what I wanted and one of the employees went above and beyond the grill for QUeiddilas was off he turned it back on for me and was extremely helpful place was clean highly recommended.
service was great... the food on the other hand was very unflavored. The chips tasted cardboardy, and the rice and beans just tasted like it had no flavor. I could tell the lettuce was also not fresh.
the manager mushtag was more than nice and even made me fresh steak for my baritone bowl. fantastic people and definitely coke back and see my boy mushtag !!!

I went to QDOBA for the first time today, ordered 3 tacos and they were the best ever. Also friendly staff. 10/10 recommend
