Q's Wok Chinese Foods

SHOCKING customer service. ordered food and was told it would be up to an hour and 15 mins, 2 hours later nothing...phoned and was told it was out for delivery, another 30mins went by nothing, phoned again, it's on it's way. at this point the receptionist informed me she has to say an hour and 15mins regardless as that's what her manager tells her to say even if they know it will be longer! Spoke to the manager very very rude, hung up so called back, would not give me a refund, order arrived late, cold and missing items! AVOID unless you want poor quality cold food, missing items of your order and shocking customer service!

HORRID!!! ordered a delivery.. turned up thrown everywhere, as if someone had chucked it in the **** tumble dryer before ordering, phoned to get the order fixed and received possibly the worst customer service possible! What a shame this place has replaced the lovely Chinese that used to be there..

ordered a Chinese last night and it was nothing but water! king prawns in a satay sauce was king prawns in water and duck in plum sauce again duck in water, pork balls overcooked and soggy, horrible won't use again, its about time they closed this place down for good !

ordered food at 8 still no sign of it by 10. rang to see where it was. hung up on me three times. DO NOT USE
