I’ve been meaning to stop in to grab a slice for years. I wish I stopped in sooner. My mouth is watering as I think about describing this perfectly crafted pizza. The light airy crust was the perfect thickness and had a soft yet toasty crunch. It was not greasy, like most pizzas. The quality of sauce, cheese and spices are way above average. A lot of the ingredients are sourced from Italy non GMO tomatoes, the flour used is quality wheat that contains no additives or added enzymes. The toppings are sourced locally or from Italy. This place is phenomenal. We ate here once last summer and their pizza was pretty great — super-fresh ingredients, great toppings, and delicious crust. I cannot emphasize those three components enough, but their dough is next level. I’ll be honest, for eating there just once a year ago, I continued to think about Qua pizza more than I probably should admit. The food here is fantastic! I can't have mozzarella, but the pizza is still amazing without it. The salads are also excellent. The service is exceptional. They mistakenly sent me a large cheese pizza instead of the no cheese I ordered, but when I called, they quickly credited my account and arranged for a small no cheese pizza to be sent out. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind. Thank you, Qua! Now I have a great reason to order from here more often.
I went in Quapizza last week with other 3 friends of mine. We shared pizzas, cutlets, pasta and salad we wanted to tried everything because people in the area told us that this pizzeria was making the best food in center nj? they were right, this food is delicious, staff is kind and nice and the location is in the Main Street of Manasquan perfect for people that want to eat and take a walk around! I REALLY SUGGEST IT.

What a great restaurant! Weather we order pizza, pasta, salad or a chicken dish the food is always outstanding. It is also nice to know that a young couple owns and operates this business and the pride in their food and service always shows! We will always be back to Qua for dinner!
I absolutely love Qua Pizza! I can’t recommend them highly enough. The crust is perfectly crunchy yet fluffy at the same time. Although I’m not usually a fan of mozzarella sticks, theirs are a whole different story—just perfection! Everything they serve is truly amazing.
I went to Qua Pizza different times and I?ve always loved food there. I tried pizza, pasta, salad and cutlet. My favorite dish is vodka rigatoni smashed meatballs. It?s the best pizza that I?ve ever tried, I really suggest it!
