Self service even though it wasn't busy. Information about it was inside at the counter instead of spread out on the tables. Ashtrays for the tables outside were inside and you had to ask for them. Although there wasn't much going on, the staff seemed a bit haphazard. I think self-service is completely ok if you don't have any staff. But not with 3 employees who obviously have nothing to do. Friendly, helpful staff would be great here.
Was für eine tolle Bedienung. Es sind halt die Menschen die es ausmachen und zu denen man gerne wiederkommt. Wir waren das erste Mal in Brunnen und sind eigentlich überhaupt nicht Einheimisch. Aber am Quai 2 wurden wir warm empfangen, bei der Bestellung ein pasr nette Worte gewechselt und dann den Cappuccino auf der Terrasse genossen. Macht weiter so, ich empfehle euch auf jeden Fall weiter!
Such a stunning place to stop for a light bite, a coffee or a nice beer. Huge selection of beers available, we tried the Christmas beer, which was surprisingly light and refreshing. The views of the mountains and the lake are simply breathtaking with crystal clear water and snow capped peaks surrounding on all sides. Such a lovely place to stop, would recommend.
