Established in the 1930s and beautifully restored in the 1980s, this place has a charming old-school diner vibe that I absolutely love. The food was served quickly and was delicious; I enjoyed the steak and eggs. The only downside was the server—she didn’t seem very friendly and was eating at the bar while attending to our table. I'm not sure if that’s part of the ambiance or just a coincidence. Despite that, I would definitely return.
Outstanding Breakfast! I dined here years ago when my sister lived nearby and had a fantastic experience then. This morning, I returned and it was just as delightful as I remembered. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. I just wish I didn't have to travel all the way to Connecticut to enjoy it! The blackberry pancakes are amazing!!!
I had a good breakfast that was served pretty quickly. I ordered one egg, but they brought me two. When I mentioned I only wanted one, they insisted on giving me both and said they would only charge me for one. However, I believe they ended up charging me 1.5 times the price of a single egg. There were also some specials on the menu that sounded delicious, but I didn't try them.
This is exactly what a diner should be. Our group of four had breakfast, and everyone loved their meals and the ambiance. The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was outstanding. Service was impressively quick, and the prices were quite reasonable. We only waited a few minutes for a table on Sunday. We will definitely return! Réservez une table maintenant

With the addition of card payment options, this classic New England diner has become even more delightful! The prices are more reasonable compared to other similar establishments. The staff are friendly, and the food is fantastic, making it a must-visit spot if you're in the West Hartford area!
