Quality Indian - Réserver une table

Ordered at 19:11 at 20:30 I called to chase up the order only to be told by an incredibly rude man that they hadn't recieved my order despite having had a confirmation email order number. There was absolutely no apology, went to re order over the phone only to be told they wouldn't honour the price on their website the price of my original online order. Told them to forget about it. 5 minutes later they called to inform me they had infact recieved my order!!! Still no apology incredibly rude!! Told them I was not interested. My daughter ordered me a meal to be delivered to 183 Abbotsweld tonight it was ordered at 7.20 and arrives at 9.30 I expected to have my order delivered hot not stone cold your driver confirmed he had been to Sawbridgeworth first before delivery's in harlow which I find unexceptable the meal in question was completely binned therefore I would like a complete refund I told the guy on phone I want a refund they have offered a discount on next order which I don't want I would like my money back as won't be ordering again hour later they still haven't called back my daughter is a regular customer of your selves. Thank you.

Food delivered quickly but not all there. Bhajis were cold and chewy. Korma was the worst I've ever had. Just tasted of sugar. Didn't think you could go wrong with rice but proved wrong! Ended up ordering another meal from a different restaurant which was delicious! Won't be going back to Quality

Slow service. Waited two hours for delivery got no communication from restaurant. Tried calling however Unable to get through to them as there took phone off hook. If you hungry do not order. I ended up having to put fish fingers in the oven.

Ordered a take away from here as it was recommended was told it would be between 30 /45 minutes but 2hours later it arrived cold with stale popadoms so will not be ordering from them again
