Let me start off with, This place is fantastic! I ordered off of DoorDash. Only thing I knew was it had 4 stars and the fee was low. Never ordered from here before. Food arrived timely and still hot. I got the Beef Gyro Plate and a soda. I opened my box and BAM! As you can see everything was displayed great and I was excited to try it. Now was it as good as it looks? Ah, YES! Can you smell the fragrant Middle Eastern spices before you taste them? That's my test for great Mediterranean food. It was the kibbeh that won me over. The hummus was thick, smooth, and rich, dappled in sumac and drizzled in olive oil. But the crisp aromatic kibbeh served with libneh (thick yogurt) made me take home a few to savor later. We ordered a kefta plate, gyro, and falafel. The falafel were perfect, and the tahini sauce was the best I've ever had. The kefta was great, and the rice was especially flavorful. My gyro was the reason I wanted to try this place, but honestly was outshined by everything else. Even my side salad was exceptional.
Amazing food. I finally found a decent Middle Eastern restaurant in the KC area. Mixed plate, half chicken with rice babaganoush were very good flavorful. Will definitely return.
