This pub has experienced a remarkable resurgence in the past couple of years. Now under new ownership, current landlord Shaun has brought a vibrant energy to the establishment. The pub, a charming old building, exudes a cozy atmosphere that embodies the essence of a traditional pub. Shaun has redecorated and refreshed the space, providing it with some much-needed care and attention. He has also upgraded the restrooms, which was well overdue. According to my beer-drinking friends, the selection of real ales is outstanding. While I haven't tried the food myself, I've heard that it's quite good as well.

This pub is small but clean and well-maintained, catering primarily to an older clientele. It offers a peaceful environment, with a calm atmosphere and a quiet crowd. The staff are friendly and attentive, making it a pleasant place to unwind with a drink. While it is a bit more expensive than other pubs in the surrounding area, it is situated on a charming country road. Additionally, Pinner train station and nearby bus stops make it easily accessible.

This charming traditional pub offers amazing authentic pizzas that are truly a highlight. The drinks are fantastic as well, especially the delicious cocktails! The best part of the experience is the banter between Bella and Kealan—it's sure to keep you laughing and maybe even earn you a free drink!

the queen head is an absolute gem. yes the drinks are a bit expensive, but this reflects the fact that they drink in a beautiful old building in london and that it is a clearly very well managed business, the excellent service, beautiful ambiente and treats their employees well. every penny worth. The pizza here is excellent! I've been here twice, and it's really good. It can get busy, and they don’t take reservations (which makes sense since it’s a pub), but there is plenty of outdoor seating in the back. It’s probably best to visit in the winter. I highly recommend it!

Lovely old school pub. The pub dates back to 16th century, good outside area out the back, the pub itself is not large, very quaint place, good service, specialise in pizza on the menu, limited other options. My wife and I had a really nice lunch.

The staff here are very friendly, and the pub has a charming old English ambiance. The pizza is delicious, and I was even treated to a fun magic trick involving a pint of beer (check out the photo!).

Very pleasant. Sat in the patio at the rear and good table service. Very pleasant in the bar as they don't have TV so you can hear yourself think! Nice atmosphere. Réservez une table maintenant

It appears spacious from the outside, but it's actually quite a small pub. The smell of beer-soaked carpets was overwhelming, making me want to leave.

Excellent old fashioned pub in pinner. Have always enjoyed the beer here, and very tasty pizza which was very filling
