The restaurant is stocked with a wide array of items, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The staff, particularly those in the kitchen, were largely rude and unprofessional. Many seemed to have difficulty with basic English, which made communication challenging. Furthermore, the food was not prepared to the standards I anticipated. Cleanliness was another concern, as the place consistently appeared dirty, whether it was day or night. I sincerely hope someone steps in to make significant improvements to this establishment.
The employees here seem miserable and stressed, possibly underpaid) which effects the customer experience… i’ve encountered unprofessional behavior here numerous times ranging from getting yelled at, yes, getting yelled at and receiving constant comments on my clothing and appearance… i drew the line on the comments when a sweaty male cashier commented on my clothing… Its clear a new management approach is needed to improve employees morale and customer experience.

Many struggle with English and frequently fail to follow food preparation instructions. Furthermore, the cleanliness is consistently subpar, no matter the time of day. I sincerely hope new management steps in to make meaningful improvements.
The manager, Nelly, is an absolute gem! She brings so much positivity! Every time I visit the restaurant, I’m greeted by her beaming smile and wonderful attitude. I've been coming here for years, and I sometimes think it's just to see her. Thank you, Nelly, for being amazing!

(Update to my previous review) After speaking with several employees, I can confirm that they are deliberately over-serving customers. If you want proof, ask for a receipt and see for yourself. They won’t provide any explanations (for obvious reasons).

Overall good. I usually get a quick freeze drink and a pretzel melt or mac and cheese, and they are both good, but especially the former. The service isn't excellent but isn't bad either.
Their hot chocolate and cappuccino machines never have anything except water in them. Been there several times and still always the same thing.
