The food at Quickchek is excellent, but my experience is often affected by one staff member. There is a darker-skinned woman, who appears very friendly with white and Hispanic customers, yet when I try to interact with her, she responds coldly, which is surprising in a customer service setting. This has been a recurring issue for years. I believe her name is Jamie. It would be appreciated if she treated all customers equally.
At Quickchek, we used the screen ordering system, but all three of our sandwich orders were wrong. The chicken cheesesteak came without cheese and was made with beef instead of chicken, and every sandwich was served on the wrong type of bread. Since the orders were correct on the screen, it’s hard to understand how they could be so badly mixed up. The menu options seemed clear, but the execution was disappointing.
Food is great, that fat acne faved lady almost always ruins my experience. Im dark skinned and cannot help but notice how kind she is to white or other spanish people but then i try to be kind, i am met with coldness that should not come from someone incustomer service. It has been consistent for years. Jamie i think her name is. Tell her to treat all customers the sameespecially in front of other customers.
Pretty much unchanged for quite a long time. Not crazy about thier sub rolls at all. The people who work there are very nice. The prices are high but the coffee is hot. 7/11 has much better food. There is definitely something wrong with one of the pumps at this location. I came here today and on 10/24 and both times I asked to fill the tank and when I got home I looked at the dash, the meter was halfway. Same location, same pump, 2nd row, one closer to the highway.
I visit here regularly, but unfortunately, I got food poisoning yesterday from a grilled chicken sub with light mayo and avocado. This is my first experience with food poisoning in 12 years. I won’t be returning.
