I visited this restaurant two weeks ago for the first time since they remodeled, and I ordered a sandwich. Unfortunately, the bread was overly dry and almost crispy, the spinach was wilted, and the cheese was hard. I happened to be in the area again today and decided to give it another try. Sadly, the bread was once again dry and crunchy, and they forgot half of the toppings I requested. I won’t be buying sandwiches there again. It seems this place is only good for picking up soda or snacks. What a disappointment.
Store wasn?t the cleanest. Between wrappers on the floors from sugar packets and a lot of clutter it wasn?t the most inviting quickchek. The sandwich line was in the front of the store, although convenient allowed for a lot of people to be congregated in the front making it hard to get in and get out. The deli counter was also slow and my sandwich wasn?t that complicated. Simply not the best experience but definitely not the worse. Average at best. Could use work to get up to speed with other quick checks.
I used to visit this restaurant every evening, and while it wasn't the best, it was decent. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The sandwiches are now cold and not very good. When I went to pay at the front, no one was there to help me. Last night, I waited 25 minutes before someone finally attended to me, and tonight I waited 20 minutes with no service. They also stop making sandwiches after 10 PM. This will definitely be my last visit here. I would rate it a 1 out of 10.
If you happen to see Daniella (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) at the sandwich station, you can expect an AMAZING sandwich. I ordered a wrap, and she took her time crafting it to perfection. I've never had a wrap that was grilled to perfection on the outside, leaving the filling inside piping hot. I wish I had taken a picture to show everyone, but I devoured it too quickly! She definitely deserves a promotion or a raise. Réservez une table maintenant

The price on the cooler for a milkshake was 3.19. It rang up for 3.99. The cashier saw the price and tried to change it but couldn't. The manager came over and asked if I still wanted it for 3.99 after he took down the price. I did not. He said hecouldn't change it but when I insisted he magically fixed it like he should have done in the first place. Very poor customerservice. Thecashier was very nice.
I love this store! After a hard day at the hospital, I am so tired that I am not interested in cooking. So I drive up to QuickChek in Bogota and order me a quick sandwich and soup. It is the most delicious, well-prepared sandwich that I have ever tasted and I am a repeat customer. Sam, the manager, bends over backwards and is very accommodating; anticipating my every need. It?s just a great place!

My African American wife went to this store to purchase some items. She used the self-checkout, and the manager falsely accused her of not paying for some of them, even though she had paid for everything. He offered an insincere apology and then tried to laugh it off afterward. We won't be returning.
