I wouldn’t recommend getting sandwiches from this place; they don’t take the time to make them properly, and they’re not interested in fixing their mistakes. This QuickChek often doesn’t provide receipts, and when you go back, there’s never one available to prove you were there. The customer service is awful! They have ants infesting their slushie and fountain drink machines, which I know about because I used to work here. They also have a mouse problem. UPDATE: I returned less than 45 minutes later, and they refused to give me a refund! Katherine was there and initially said I could get a refund for one sandwich, but then she denied me a refund altogether! What is going on? My sandwich was completely wrong, and now they're refusing refunds! I used to work here, so I know they never provide receipts unless you specifically ask for one! I plan to go back in the morning to speak with Shila. If this isn’t resolved, I will contact my bank and share all the information and photos I have! Save your time and avoid this place!
I ordered two chicken subs, and when I got home, there was no chicken in either of them. The manager offered to make me new subs, but it seemed like they just added the chicken on top without addressing the other missing ingredients I had requested. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had issues with my orders; they've consistently messed them up and left out ingredients. This has been the worst experience I've had at QuickCheck.

Omg..all the bad reviews..just go take the job..it's not easy to work..I have so many complaints but...not goin to make it here....am gladly appreciate what and how they work..go there every 5 days a week 5:30am and I don't have not just oneproblem...so all you negative comments .just don't be giving people bad reviews for just one mistake ..like your h ismissing..just make it your self next time..atless you got something to eat.
Desiree answers the phone and hangs up almost immediately every single time. You're supposed to say hello and wait a few seconds, but she can’t even wait one second. Then they choose not to answer at all. The worst part is that I was calling because of my Uber Eats order—I just wanted to confirm part of my order would be included before the driver picked it up. It was supposed to be a quick, 20-second call. Horrible experience.
Save your time and head to the QuickChek in Harrison instead. It’s larger, much nicer, and has significantly more staff on the night shifts. It took 20 minutes just to heat up mozzarella sticks—how is that even possible? The staff here are really friendly, which is probably the only upside. But if you get frustrated easily, definitely choose the Harrison location.
Oh my gosh, all the negative reviews are unfair. Working here isn’t easy. I do have some complaints, but I’m happy to acknowledge how hard they work. I come here five days a week at 5:30, and I’ve never had a problem. So, to everyone leaving negative comments—don’t judge so harshly over a simple mistake or because something you wanted wasn’t available.

Save your time and go to the one in Harrison. It's bigger, much nicer, and has a lot more staff working the night shifts. Took 20 mins just to heat up mozz sticks...how tf. Lol. The staff is really nice, which is probably the only bonus. But if you getannoyed quickly, please go to Harrison.
