The Quill Taper At Four Oaks

We had been wanting to try the Quill and Taper for a long time, and we finally made it there yesterday. It definitely met our expectations. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The menu had a variety of options, including a good selection of vegan dishes that pleased my wife, who has a dairy intolerance. Once we placed our order, the food arrived promptly and was excellent - well-cooked and nicely presented. The restaurant offers a good selection of vegan dishes, which was perfect for my wife's dietary needs. The price per person ranges from £30 to £40. We highly recommend trying the Tiramisu.

The attitudes of the male and female bartenders at this restaurant are disappointing. Their behavior suggests they have an inflated sense of self-importance and a lack of attentiveness towards their customers. As a hotel owner, I believe I can provide an honest opinion. The male bartender should behave more maturely, not just focus on his height, and the female bartender's casual attire is not suitable for a restaurant aiming to excel. I usually don't write negative reviews, but I will not be returning to this establishment. Overall service was rated 1 out of 5 and the atmosphere was rated 2 out of 5.

I took my Nan for dinner and had a really nice time, the staff were lovely and happy to accommodate my Nan who doesn’t eat very much and asked for a slight change in the meal. The atmosphere is great, it was very cozy and we could have stayed there for ages. Great pub!
