I experienced great customer service during my visit. The staff handled everything professionally, even in the absence of corporate management. Although I sensed a bit of discomfort regarding my hijab, I didn’t take offense—it's just not something they see every day. There were a couple of rowdy customers, but the workers maintained their professionalism and respectfully addressed any store-related questions. That can be challenging in such situations, but they managed it well. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the positivity in our community. Thank you!
Good customer service they acted as professional as anyone could when corporate wasn?t even around. Seemed a little put off by my hijab?lol?but no offense taken. It?s not the norm. Two guys were acting up a little (customers) the workers still stayed in customer service mode and respectfully responded to any store related questions they may have had. Not always easy at work?.but they did it. Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge GOOD in our community. Thank you.
Talk about amazing customer service. The owner of this location, I think his name is Peter, is incredible. We always talk about cars and watches when I go in. Not to mention, the sandwiches are delicious. I go to this location and the one in Culver City and am so happy they are both still in business. So much better than Subway or Jersey Mikes and don't get me started on the fake nice people at Jersey Mikes. See you guys next time!
They no longer have Quiznos where I live, so it was a nice treat to come across this one after we drove past SpaceX. The service was friendly and prompt. The sandwiches were just like I remember, toasty and tasty. They also ran our chocolate chip cookies through the toaster oven, which really makes them the best fast food chocolate chip cookies around. Réservez une table maintenant
I ordered a Pastrami and Swiss, I love all their sandwiches and I wash them down with their lemonade. Thier staff is always friendly and professional. Cathy made my sandwich and it was so good I was drooling. Thank You for always making my food and experience delightful.
