I had a negative experience at this restaurant due to the rude and unhelpful attitude of the lady working there. She lacked basic customer service skills and responded to our questions about the food with disrespect. It's a relief that we don't live nearby so we won't have to encounter her again. Based on other reviews, it seems like many others have also had similar encounters with her. If she is the owner, perhaps she should consider hiring staff who are more capable of providing good customer service.
