On arriving was told once seated that there were no pizzas or garlic bread due to having no staff able to operate the oven which if we had been told when we booked could have chosen to go somewhere else as it meant that some of us had to order a different meal The portions of pasta were very small and there were only 3 small meatballs with one of the pasta dishes. The seafood risotto had only one prawn in it and 3 out of the five mussels could not be opened which means that they were not cooked properly. The food at this restaurant was good, but the service was terrible and the attitude, especially from the manager, was very poor. We waited for over an hour and a half for our food with no apology. A tip should be given at the discretion of the customer. If customers are not happy with the service, it should be removed from the bill instead of forcing them to pay. As a result, they have lost seven potential future customers.
I felt like i Was on holiday, truely authentic, pizza being tossed in the air, that fresh smell of italian bread i Washington drawling until my pizza arrived Washington even better than tre smell i had tre boscaiola with porcini mushrooms other hai these great big t bone steaks which looked very tasty, and my husband hai tre spaghetti scoglio bellissima. Absolutly love this place.
