Wunderbares kleines Restaurant im Herzen von Zürich. Die Bedienung war ausnehmend höflich und der Service ausgezeichnet. Dass das Personal auch noch schweizerischer Herkunft war -leider eher die Ausnahme in Zürich- rundete den Gesamteindruck positiv ab. Eine vorgängige Reservation ist geradezu Pflicht, denn die Nachfrage übersteigt die Anzahl Plätze regelmässig. Aber keine Angst, man muss nicht Wochen im Voraus anfragen, wenige Stunden genügen in der Regel vollauf. Die Preise bewegen sich auf Zürcher Niveau, innerhalb dessen aber im Durchschnitt. I love this place! I didn’t think anywhere could top Raclette Factory, but I was pleasantly surprised. Make sure you reserve as it is VERY busy. You must order a main dish per person, or 2 starters. We chose the Raclette dish, mixed leaf salad and fondue valaisanne. I was worried the cheese of the fondue would be too strong but it was delicious and creamy. I ate more than I expected to!
The best place to go for raclette or fondue. The raclette is served hot to order and is all you can eat. The fondue has the option with or without alcohol in the cheese, and you can choose a variety of sides to dip in. Can't wait to come back when we're back in Zurich!
old school raclette and fondue spot. excellent service, sweet room, great food! we had both raclette and fondue and both were great, but we had to choose one, it is a simple choice: the raclette hands down. and in any case add the sweet paprika. they were beautiful.

A small place which has a small menu mainly consisting of fondue dishes. Everything felt incredibly fresh and the fondue was magnificent. I recommend you to book a table in advance as the restaurant was quite full and we were lucky to have a seat!
It was a very nice experience visiting that restaurant. We had the fondue and some wine and I can only recommend it. If you want something local this is a place where you get exactly this feeling. The food came very fast and the service was nice.
Great service, the waitress is very attentive. Check with each course whether there are enough side dishes and the raclette replenishment is also very quick. Space is very limited. A reservation is definitely worth it.
delicious place! it was my first time to eat with fondue and I enjoyed it very much! they serve it with broth and kartoffels and it is enough to satisfy their hunger. I recommend it!
