They advised us very well, they had day dishes and the waiters were very attentive. the quality price spectacular, the paella of the senyoret you see in the image was for two people and it was around 20 euros per person, price very reasonable for the very good that was. if you want to order the Valencian paella, eye, that as everything is prepared at the moment takes about 50 minutes, but you can be asked to prepare it if you call before or when booking. I found this place because I wanted a good restaurant in the city for my mom to taste an authentic Paella Valenciana for the first time on her birthday. The place is traditional, tidy and really cozy. Right from the beginning the service was amazing, all waiters were really kind to us, gave us good recommendations (the Shrimp Carpaccio is delicious and super fresh! , and when they brought the paella... it was superb! Cooked correctly and flavor on point My mom loved it and they were also kind enough to bring a dessert with a birthday candle so she was delighted

This was supposed to be one of the best Paella restaurants in Valencia. Reservations required, the need to order certain dishes in advance. We did it all and were disappointed with both of our Paella dishes. The ambiance was nice, and they had a good wine list, this just did not make up for the quality of the food.
