Our main courses took nearly an hour to be served, and neither of us was offered cheese for our dishes—a bit unusual for an Italian restaurant, especially since I ordered a pasta dish. After finishing our meal, it took another 35 minutes to get the check, and we had to ask for it. When we finally got to the car, my boyfriend, the sweetest person, remarked on how comically poor the service had been. The gnocchi was good, and he enjoyed his pork special. Overall, while the ambiance was wonderful and the food was tasty, we definitely weren't expecting to spend so long at dinner.
