We went to the Goods Shed based on recommendations on Tripadvisor. The restaurant is in what was an actual goods shed with a food market in the centre which added to the atmosphere. We started with a damson gin which was absolutely phenomenal. The food was equally excellent. We started with scallops which were delicious and the main course venison accompanied by the most glorious purple sprouting broccoli. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will always ensure a visit when in the locality.,

Excellent food, friendly and helpful service, good atmosphere (heat lamps kept us warm on the mezzanine although we were glad of our jumpers and the lower floor was much colder). We appreciated the care and flexibility shown with my partner's intolerance.

Fabulous spot for a very very tasty lunch and then mooch around the traders in the barn. We had a very interesting starter (monkfish liver pate) followed by beef and fish. All scrummy. Thoroughly recommend. Great value for what you get!

Food was stupendous. Each course delicious. Service perhaps slightly too attentive if anything. Hard to get the balance right but authentic interactions work best every time. Lovely mellow NYE atmosphere. I look forward to a return..

Excellent food, fab team, warm friendly. Also easy to look over the farmer’s market, so you feel part of something bigger. Great idea, brilliantly executed
