This pub has a great atmosphere and location. The food is very reasonably priced and the service is not bad, but could use some improvement with attention to detail, such as providing cutlery and condiments on tables. This would make the dining experience more enjoyable. Overall, well done and keep up the good work. The food is excellent.

Food dreadful and service horrendous, asked for a completely plain burger for my son, they brought it full of salad, sauce and cheese and insisted that was a “plain” burger and was quite rude to us. Sunday roast practically incinerated. Real shame as the actual building is very picturesque and a focal point, it could be an amazing pub.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, we were not happy with the chef's attitude. Despite having a reservation, she seemed unwilling to reopen the kitchen when it closed early. As a result, we had to settle for burgers instead of the steak we had originally planned on ordering.

booked a table for which was confirmed, but if just by looking for the es pane was overun with football supporters and no tables seemed available and even if it had not been of sitting between groups of football fans, we were not welcomed, our table should never be confirmed. I’m sorry but when we arrived they had no idea of our booking. So I showed my email confirmation and they went back, had another look but said they hadn’t received my booking so we’re unable to serve us food

we came ten minutes too late to say that the kitchen was closed we had a nice eating in owens next door will not go back to the railway
