Raimo's Pizza - Réservation de table

If you're on Long Island, Raimo is the Italian restaurant of choice. The overall experience was just okay. You place your order, pay, and then wait. While the man who took my order was friendly, his focus wasn't on the customer experience. The pizza was quite good with the right amount of cheese, no complaints there. The garlic knots were a bit overcooked and the zeppoles, while tasty, had too much dough and not enough powdered sugar. The location is spacious, the food is decent, and the service is average.

This restaurant used to be a favorite, but now it is declining. The staff is rude to customers and DoorDash drivers, and the atmosphere is no longer welcoming. The food quality has also decreased, and the prices are too high. A special mention to the older man with grey hair who has a bad attitude towards everyone - if you're not happy with your job, find something else. Making pizza should not make you angry all the time. I hope you all work on improving your attitudes.

However, last Friday I experienced a long wait of an hour for my pizzas and garlic knots because my order was not prepared on time. Absolutely love this place! Certainly miss the Italian Icees. Spinach calzone states just like a remember it. Cheese pizza was awesome. Chicken park was delightful!
